My Mind & Me Psychotherapy's mission is to provide virtual mental health services to those in need, acting as a sounding board to those struggling with challenges ranging from everyday life stressors to significant trauma sustained throughout the course of one's lifetime. My Mind & Me Psychotherapy provides a safe, non-judgmental space that promotes healing, reflection, and self-growth allowing for meaningful change to be accomplished.

My Mind & Me Psychotherapy is committed to offering support to specific populations while recognizing that each group of individuals experiences their own unique set of challenges. 

An integrative approach is utilized to incorporate different aspects of treatment modalities in order to meet each client’s specific needs. 

After receiving a Masters degree in Experimental Psychology she decided to pivot career paths and obtain a second Masters degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology.

Courtney’s approach, while inviting and supportive, is also direct and challenging. She believes that by helping her clients look at their situations from a different perspective and examine the role that they might be playing, that is when real change can occur.

Her approach is more empowering and places emphasis on what it is within our control that can be changed to help evoke the bigger change that we would like to see.

Courtney offers a non-judgmental space to help her clients process their feelings by promoting deep reflection, understanding, and support.
